Some of the major challenges in this project are as follows: First, the extensive selection process of the deserving candidates need more resources. The second big challenge is to hand over the books to the students from distant places in West Bengal. Third, we are not able to provide books to many bright students due to lack of resources (funds, volunteers). Thus, we appeal to all the kind people to join our project as volunteer and help us in this journey of education for everyone especially the underprivileged ones.

• We need volunteers to distribute books among the scholars generally from May to August in a year. Often we find this as one of the most challenging steps. Usually the scholars are from all over West Bengal. It would be easy if we can get help from local volunteers.
